How do I get rid of this?

I don’t know if this is the correct sub forum to post on but I thought I would give it a shot. How do I get rid of this box? I have no idea what this is called so I didn’t have any luck on trying to remove this.

Click the following:

File > Studio Settings > Script Editor > Scroll until you find Enable Signature Help and Enable Signature Help Documentation, and uncheck the both of them.
