Would anybody know how to get these icons before users’ names?

Cause when I join a game, this is what usernames look like:
I want to achieve this because I personally think they’ve been using these bland usernames on top of the character for years. Even before I joined, in 2019! It would be great if anybody could help.

The premium symbol? The image isn’t clear enough.
Are you looking to have the symbol above the character’s head with their name?
If that’s the case, then I’m pretty sure it’s coded so that when a player spawns, a billboardGui is placed inside the characters head. Inside this billboard gui, there would be an imageLabel, and a textLabel.
I think you don’t get what I mean. I’m not talking about Roblox Studio, I’m talking about the client itself. I’ve seen videos of people playing the game with icons to the left of their username, but when I join, there’s no icon.
Like @8WingedSeraph already said, the top screenshot is not the default name tag. It’s just a billboardgui that has been coded to didplay that icon when the player has premium. Other games may not have this, it’s a feature custom to that game. There would be no way to see the custom names without the game being coded to have them.

I guess so. Just I do remember seeing a video of plain vanilla Natural Disaster Survival with these premium icons and stuff.
