Recently i have stumbled upon many posts of 13+ users having VC without an ID. It’s really strange to me also considering the fact that sometimes when i join games, i get VC for that specific playing session. Can somebody tell me what is happening?
I also live in Poland if that helps with anything
Im pretty sure you can get it if you link a phone number but dont quote me, Im pretty there is a place you can see the reqs to use it though

I have had as an option with a phone number as @FroDev1002 said. Not sure what the requirements are, but I have high security (a security key), a phone number, and an email linked to my account
This seems like a good idea, i’ll try it 
So i have a passkey, verified phone number and email. Yet it still doesn’t enable the VC setting or something. Do you have any additional tips?

Ohh, 13+ VC is only for certain countries, so not Poland. Thanks for letting me know about that though
Guess i’ll just wait until roblox decides to finally add new countries
Maybe you could try a VPN in the US
Not only does ID verification gives you Voice Chat, you can also use it to prove your ownership of the account if you got locked out, and it also is a requirement if you want to use the Rights Manager feature. (A feature that allows you to take down any content stolen from you), and it gives you access to 17+ experiences.
So, why not verify your age? It’s completely safe, and your information aren’t stored.
Also, I highly recommend avoiding Voice Chat at all cost, as you can easily get an account termination using it, even if you didn’t do anything wrong. AI can’t determine accurately if you broke the rules depending on your voice.
