How do I give someone developer permissions on a game posted by myself?

I want to give 1 specific user developer permissions in a game posted by myself and I can’t find it anywhere.

Team create is enabled. Collaborative editing is enabled. I am editing the experience live and have reopened Studio several times.

Every resource I find says new developers can be added in game settings > permissions. This is what that tab looks like.

This is what the TeamCreate window looks like. The … button has options to disable team create or open the help page (the help page does not exist)

How do I give 1 specific user dev permissions ??

If you have team create on, you can go to the top right of your screen and go to the blue collaborate button. From there, it’s self explanatory. This was recently changed, I was a bit confused as well.
