How do I improve retention on this obby?

Hi all,
I need some ideas on how to improve this game’s retention, it’s the only “meh” statistic of the game. I have good ARPPU, good payer conversion, great avg. playtime and icon CTR, I just need to fix the retention. Any ideas are welcome.

I know obbies are “dead” by today’s standards and not replayable but please try to give me some valid criticism on how to improve the engagement and make players come back. Some of my ideas are speedrun leaderboards for every difficulty (do you think players would like that?) and maybe more satisfying stage completion visuals. Thank you!

Make something that makes your obby more attractive than others, so that people when playing are not Feeling bored with that one that’s it

I would say the gameplay is pretty fun since we have a variety of mechanics like falling platforms, timed buttons, etc. Definitely better than most other front page obbies
