The title is as it suggests, how do I make these cutscenes better as right now I feel like they could be improved

You should add movement, as it looks very slow-ish. Also, special effects and a better scenery.

These cutscenes look good! Nice job on them! You should make it so it fades out each time it switches the camera placement and position. How long did it take to make these cutscenes?

Research framing and cinematography, scene composition and such, try to centre objects that are in the middle of the frame as well as you can, or research the rule of thirds. Also, Motion.
