How do I make a 2D thumbnail like this?

Recently I have been seeing a lot of 2D game thumbnails that look like this:

I was wondering if anyone knew how to make these or what apps to use to make these, thanks.

Flaticon, this is where pretty much all these come from, for the words you can probably just do that in an editing software that involves adding text with fonts of some sort.

Flaticon is pretty good, but I use Canva for my thumbnails, group icons, and game icons.
