I made a few shirts but I don’t know how to make collars…
Iv tried to use a few shapes such as triangles and rectangles but I can’t seem to make one
(I use paint.net for designing)

You have to draw the collars, try placing a reference image below and add another layer and trace it and keep practising.

I use a mouse so its hard lol, I have shakey hands on top of that sadly
Use the line/curve tool from the toolbox.
