The title is self-explanatory, how can I make a script that morphs the player?

Unless there is some kind of built-in morph. That would take more than a few models/parts.
That said … You could mess with size, color, texture and even make the parts deform a bit with a script. It wouldn’t be per say a traditional morph, but you could make it look pretty good. Toss in a few preset parts and who to say that it isn’t a morph.
You could just swap the npc frame with the player frame and try that stuff inbeween.
No way to show you that here and have it work so … Here is a good start that needs some love.
