How do i make a moving UI texture?

I want to make a background texture for a frame which is moving. As the tittle says, but i don’t know how to do it, i’m new at UIs and scripting them. I want to keep this basic and simple. Thanks for helping!

How do you make a UI Background Moving Effect?

I got a problem:

The image is moving, but later it comes back to it’s original position, that might be hard to use, since i require to sync everything so it will look like a moving texture infinitely instead of an image moving to its original pos… Sorry
