How do I make a part connect two points?

Hi, everyone. I’ve been searching around for a bit, but I’ve found nothing to help my question.

If I have two points, how can I create a thin part that starts at position1 and ends at position2?

No x, y or z value are the same. My current problem would be how to orientate the part to connect between the two points.
