Hi, I have used coaster track tool and Nwspacek’s plugin, but my train wont move, how can I make a coaster move?

Instead of that plugin, I would recommend using this one:

That’s the same plugin, though. He mentioned he’s tried Coaster Creator Tool as well as spacek’s coaster creator.
Directed to OP, mind providing a sample place with the bare minimum pieces so we can try to help you figure out the problem?

It will not let me rotate or move parts of the coaster the plugins are broken
