How do I make a screen effect like when you are on fire, it shows first person perspective of how it would look like just like minecraft, or when you are running there are lines animated

I just want to know how it works

You could use the Tween Service to do a fade in for your effect and you can use a Viewport Frame or just an Image Label to make your effect.

Viewport Frame Takes a lot of data, Do I Just animate the Image Label with Multiple Frames?

Yes, you can do that. Or you can use the Tweening Service to animate the Image Label.
