How do I make a skybox change every 20 minutes?

Hello, I need to make the skybox change every 20 minutes.
Basically have morning, day, evening, dusk skyboxes accordingly to TimeOfDay.
So I want to know how to instead of making smooth day cycle make a day cycle which will have 4 conditions with its own skybox and other lighting properties.
