How do I make a speedster trail?

Hello, Snizzle here.

So I am wondering how the developers of the popular Roblox game. The Flash: Earth Prime - Roblox make the speedster trails. I’ve done my research and there seems to be nothing about this topic. If you have any clue or know how they accomplished making the speedster trails please let me know

That might help, but as you see on the picture I attached the trail has multiple “sparks” and I don’t know how they did that.

I looked at it and it is amazing, but sadly it is not what I am looking for, for the speedster trail.
