How do I make a tester role?

So basically I have a role in my group for testers that currently have permission to play group experiences. However my friend is having trouble accessing the game so I want to know if I’m doing something wrong. I tried reading the docs but that didn’t help.

could you click collaborate in the top right corner of studio and show the menu?

I think the main problem is he doesn’t know how to access it but either way this is confusing…

if he has the role he should be able to play it since your settings are set properly, just give him the game link

edit: if your game is rated 13+ or 9+ and he has parental controls limiting what games he can play, that might also be an issue
