How do I make a ugc free and only able to get ingame?

Hello! I just found a ugc uploader and he uploaded a ugc in my group! The problem is I only want it to be obtainable ingame and I want it to be free. Can someone help?

I don’t have UGC access, but I think you need to set it to be limited.
