How do i make a vr game similar to sked's vr or vr hands

i’m making a vr project where you can hang out, and there are different sections where you can be wholseome, destructive or just chill. but i am wondering how to make a scripts to make vr players god like and they could change size with the right controller, and all that. but how do i do that, or is there any code like that i could use for the game
