How do I make an advertise asset board

I’ve tried searching YouTube and other places to try and find an advertising board that people can pay to advertise their assets on, but so far, no luck. I want to know how to make it like the ones in Koala Cafe for example, or Trade Hangout. I know the basic stuff, like the buying ad and stuff. I was wondering if someone could help me out. Thank you.
