How do I make good looking thumbnails?

I want to start making some good GFX thumbnails for Roblox games, but I am a bit stuck.

I know how to make renders and average GFXs, but with the thumbnails I want most of it rendered, especially the background rendered, to give it a real good look.

I’m not sure how to make the backgrounds look good, because right now I just use a picture from Google, but as I said I want a rendered background.

If I could get any help, I would be very grateful.

I don’t do renders, but i do make some cool thumbnails in roblox studio, like these.

If you want help with this kind of stuff just let me know. Sorry if this is not a answer to the rendered background bit, but it is a alternative if you want to make cool looking thumbnails without rendering.
