How do I make it so this will fit the screen but keep the other aspects of the UI from becoming weird

Using this UI as an example, how would I make it so it’d scale to different devices w/o messing up the logos, top bar that holds the text, and the accent?

There was a really good talk from last year’s RDC which is semi related, though:

That one’s more general, but they do have a portion where they cover creating UI that’ll target every platform (mobile, console, desktop, VR, etc.).
