Hi,
I recently made my first Roblox game and it was a train simulator of my local metro system. I’ve gotten a lot of support from older/PC players and while they occasionally complain about the irregular derailments, nothing beats younger/mobile players.
This demographic has genuinely been hard to please, but I’ve striked out the most common complains that they have, and hope to fix it in a next update of the game. These issues include the immense lag (due to CSG trains, we are currently meshing them), complicated UI, and paywalls, which I guess can make anyone mad.
I’m not really sure what to do at this point, because my game’s like ratio has plumetted from 90% in July, to now 66% just 3 months after. We used to average 25 CCU, and now only average around 10 CCU, which is why I want to improve the experience and like ratio.
If you guys can give me feedback on how to improve my mobile experience, I’d really appreciate it!
