How do I make my UI/UX bigger on other devices?

I’ll make it simple, here’s my point:

Let’s say I had this UI here, on computer screens:
(game UI is Crazyblox’s Flood Escape)

and when I play on a mobile device, it looks like this:

All of the sudden, the UI is much bigger, but when I try to scale it to fit on mobile devices, it doesn’t work. Any help? Thanks

Yes, I did get a place file for this and this only. The place file doesn’t even work, I’m not using it for anything else.

Just wanted to bump this topic. My topics don’t gather a lot of attraction unfortunately. This is more of an emergency rather than just something I want to know.
