When putting clouds with https://create.roblox.com/store/asset/4996116798/3D-Atmosphere Pulsarnova’s 3D atmosphere, they do not show up. Setting the atmosphere to be transparent doesn’t fix this issue either, so if anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated.

You would have to probably make a full cloud system yourself or make a 3D atmosphere system yourself.
