I believe that you’re talking about the emission shader. You can find the emission shader in the material shader list.

You can increase the strength value or use brighter colors as your color value.

You could also use a mix shader for the ones you want to reflect more. Plug in the emission shader and the glossy shader to the mix shader into the material output.
