How do I make the server send a 'predicted' version to everyone else's clients?

In my race game the players on your client are lagging behind.

My idea is to send the players a sort of ‘non-interactable’ predicted version of each players position based on the ping of the player that is receiving these versions for example.

If my ping is 100 then the nearby carts will have their positions adjusted to their current velocity + their velocity * my ping yknow?
