Ok ive been seeing this chat system in some games ive been playing and im wondering how to make it heres what it looks like
Mostly focusing on the top parts where is says all system and team is it scripted by one of the developers of the game or is it a plugin?
Because the same system is in another game the one that i took the photo of is from Innovation thermal power plant the other game its in is Ultimate driving: Westover islands.
So is this a plugin or just something made by the developers?

I don’t believe this is by a plug-in. But there are several open-sources chat systems by talented scripters out there you can use. But if you really wanna make it from scratch, you have to learn the Lua Chat System tutorial by Roblox. I’m not sure if it’s outdated because the last time I tried to make this didn’t work out for me.
