Here is the game I’ve been working on/off for the past month in my limited free time (yes lots of free models fight me):
The codebase is an undocumented nightmare so once I start to work on code cleanup I want to get a builder from the talent hub. But before I do that, what exactly should I be telling them? What can I do myself with my limited artistic talent?
From what I have played, the game looks decent. Yeah, the free models are obvious, and you should try not to use them too often, but this game looks atleast scripted. You should change the bloxburg gym sign though, and I see this becoming another simulator game. Put a unique spin on the game, like make there lore or have the player progress a story. Overall, this is a good game made in 1 month. Work on it more and have fun. Maybe even learn how to animate/another skill in game making. Goodluck for this project.
Thanks, programming is definitely my strong suit and what I plan to keep training. but i’ll change that gym sign. I have plans to add some lore and 5 more skills too, just need to implement skill switching.
With gameplay that formulaic your USP will be your art. Are you ready to invest in that?
Solid gameplay but that all takes time and there is no incentive to progress without big investment. The gym is one of the better functioning ones I have seen, but HP and SP don’t matter to me.
