I know how to whitelist players with code, but isn’t there a simple setting to give certain players/friends the capability of joining you?
I’ve looked on other topics but I haven’t gotten a solution to this.

Ther’s no game confuguration to apllow only certain people to join the game, or on the roblox privacy settings.
in groups you can hve private games and make roles with certain people you want to the play the game on that gropu.
You would need to make a script to do this, but your game would need to be set to public and have the script kick players out.
You can add collaborators with the “Play” permission in the same place you would go to give them edit access.
But I could’ve sworn there was an option for this back then or something?
I know how to do this but the problem is, let’s say I have like 50-100 testers for example. Will I raelly have to get each person’s userid and make a ton of elseif statements? I’m really sure there’s a setting for this.
Thank you so much, I wish they would’ve kept it on the website-side though. Collaboration usually means adding other people to WORK on your game and not play.
