my guess is that, like many catalog gamees seem to use, it’s the In-Game Avatar Editor code posted on the official Roblox github. I don’t have a link, but it’d be on git/Roblox in a tree titled InGameAvatarEditor
if you wanted to make this yourself, that background image is in the games’ content files (rbxasset://textures/AvatarEditorImages/AvatarEditor.png)
the iconography is somewhere there too
render the player model using ViewportFrames
