How do I remove this object out of my game?

I’m trying to remove this glowing sphere out of my game, but I can’t select or find it in the work space. I’m not sure how it appeared in the first place, but when I go close to it, it lags studio. I’ve tried looking for people that have had this problem, but haven’t found any.

Can u send an image of your workspace? Would be rlly helpful. Also try deleting your whole workspace to check wheter this sphere is inside of it.
