You can find it in one of the Chat modules. The link I provided would benefit you greatly and you can probably do a little digging with the provided code to achieve your goal. I unfortunately am not at my PC so I cannot create any example code, but I believe you’re well on the right track.
Yes. Agreed. Both @iy_uhn ‘s link and my own actually lay out the chat bubble color in code 
I just changed the TextColor of the bubble chat. Wow. and ImageColor

there is two ways too do this there is the easy less organized way and hard organized way u can go to the bubble chat script and change the color or just do what @iy_uhn said.
