How do I setup wires with an audio analyzer hooked up to voice chat?

I’m trying to detect voice chat inputs to make a characters mouth move in my game when players talk. I tried hooking up wires to an audio analyzer but I am having trouble getting it to work and I could not find any posts or resources on this.

Is it even possible? And if so how do I hook up an Audio Analyzer to voice chat? Then how do I detect when a player is speaking?
