How do I slice a part?

I have two parts stacked on top of each other, and it looks like this:

I want to slice the part on top, so that the position is maintained, but the part that surpasses the edge of the part of the bottom.

How can I accomplish this???

Yes, you can create unions in real-time. This was announced some time ago. (Edit: Link ninja’d by below.)

After I saw a game titled “Saber Simulator” on the top of the popular section, I thought it would have cool light saber mechanics, so I was excited. Then I played it of course, and it didn’t.
