This is ridiculous and I am not sure if a child could solve this.
Here is it better explained: Click the arrows in the bottom until the two red squares in the right image have the same number of spaces in between them as shown in the left image.
For example: Your left picture shows 5, so keep clicking the arrows until you find a picture in which the 2 red squares are 5 spaces apart (for example: one is in 82 and the other is in 77)

this is way more recognizable. its easy to understand if you had a brain capable of linking objects together.
Move the images until the head of a hammer looking thing matches the 17 orbit.
