I have a mesh that’s 100k triangles and if I decimate geometry any more it’ll ruin it, so I figured I could split the mesh into segments that are 10k triangles each so that I can upload it using the new mesh importer. Is that doable in blender automatically?
Here is a quick tutorial:
Do this to each item you split until you get desired number of parts.
Keep in mind you will only export each piece separately… they will still all be in one Blender file.

The new roblox mesh importer will do that for me because it’ll export each segment and apply the 20k triangle limit to each one individually.
