Hello, I have been trying to make some simple trees on blender. And used the BlenderKit addon for the bark texture. However, when I apply the texture is appears to be stretched. Now I am quite new to Blender so I have no idea how to fix this. I have been looking to see how I can help this, but all the ones I saw were either outdated, or I could not understand it. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know but I think this is about UV editing.
Yes, one of the tutorials from a few years ago mentioned that. But since Blender looks alot different I had no idea where to go.
I don’t think there’s a real way to fix something like this without actually changing the texture. What you can do as a temporary fix is resize the part to make it look natural and duplicate the part to make it bigger.

assuming you’ve already unwrapped the texture, this is probably because of UV stretching. I believe it’s quite simple to fix, but I recommend watching this pretty updated tutorial to learn the basics of UV mapping.
if you have more questions, feel free to ask and I’ll try my best to walk you through it
