Why does Collisions not work when using Move Tool?

I know there has been an update. But I’m not sure why I can easily use the move tool to pull the brick through others even when my Collisions tool is active. The Collision only works when I drag the brick freely using click and drag, but I want to use the moving tool in order to collide it with other bricks as well. Could anyone help me?
