I dont build models, I get them from 3d sites, so anything related to configuring it in blender IS not ideal for me. Im not aware of how to use blender and certainly not how to configure 3d models.

The limit is there for a reason. Even if you could upload a mesh with over 10,000 tris, the game will not be playable due to the lag.
10,000 tri models will not lag your game unless you use a lot of them
you can go into blender and search up a tutorial for the remesh or decimate to try to reduce the triangle count
you could also go into blender and separate the model into multiple parts and then export them into roblox separately
