How do Roblox bans work as a whole, after playing for a decade?

I am already aware a bit about how 3 bans equate to a permaban, as per other forums. However, it does not state systems of counter decay. Does Roblox’s counter decay over time? For instance, if I were banned for a day back in 2013, another time in 2016, would I be on the edge about a possible ban next time being permanent?

It seems decently easy to get banned for a day or three on Roblox. For instance, something like a randomly moderated texture image for an uploaded mesh just because improper colors and edges of a large sum of colors and edges align in some way to mistakingly tick Roblox’s auto-moderator (this has happened before one time and I got banned for about 3 days for a false positive).
