How do rp games stay optimized?

Hello everyone my name is Ezyy and I have been working on my roblox rp game Bladen County Roleplay!.But I have a question… How do games like Southwest Flordia, Liberty County, and Greenville stay optimized? What strategies do they do to make sure all players can enjoy the game without lag? How could I implement these strategies into my game? Map making tips?

Any help would be appreciated!!

They have many strategies for example game Tutorial, Login rewards system, maybe have a communications servers in case of cheaters who try to ruin users experience. Having communication is better as said before unlike Neighborhood of robloxia where there is lack of communication and no admins active(not even one) to take down these suspicious activity and bad actors.
