How do so many games allow users to gamble Robux for rewards, despite community standards?

Gambling Robux is against the ROBLOX community standards, which experiences must follow:

“However, we prohibit both simulated and actual gambling activities on the platform. No real money, Robux, or in-experience items of value may be exchanged in connection with any gambling activities.”

There are many extremely popular games, though, that allow users to spend Robux to spin for random rewards or powers. Many Anime-inspired games, such as Shindo Life and Jujutsu Infinite, very prominently include features such as these. This is, by definition, gambling.

How are these features allowed on ROBLOX? Does ROBLOX not consider it a “gambling activity” if it is not directly related to a real-life gambling analogue, despite the fact that it is still a form of gambling?

For the 10,287th time, Roblox does not care, it is gambling, but the developers hide it by putting more flashing lights and dopamine into kids brains. It is really wrong. But that’s what roblox is I guess…

unfortunately, roblox staff cannot take down these games as fast as they are being uploaded, most of these games are against the community guidelines but the methods they use to bypass and keep on uploading these games keep these games on the platform.
