Just set Lighting.Outlines to true

EDIT: lol im a boomer i think this property doesnt exist anymore

EDIT 2: You can add a SelectionBox object into parts, set the adornee to the part, and mess around with the color/thickness to get this effect

This is a legacy feature that existed previously. Nowadays, it has been deprecated and hidden.

Lighting

Possibly cel shade in blender, not sure. Outlines are a deprecated feature, so there isn’t a real solution.
