I recently noticed that Roblox Studio updated its UI
to be honest I hate the new layout. It feels less intuitive and harder to use compared to the old version.
is there a way to go back?

There are over 20 of the same topics at the moment. Look at those. I think you need to disable beta features in studio settings

Hello,
Yes, you can revert to the previous version by going to File > Beta Features > Next Gen Studio Preview, then make sure it is disabled and restart the Roblox Studio.
With this, you can go to the old layout.
