The problem is not with Roblox studio the problem is with blender. How do you apply textures correctly?
Okay, you need to go into your image texture and unwrap each part separately, then put it on it’s respective texture.

Blender Guru has a great video about UV unwrapping that I’ll link below, it might be a little overkill for what you are trying to do, but it should give you a good idea of how to go about it.
