How do you become a UGC creator

Okay I have heard alot of things about UGC and how to become a creator. I have heard you get asked by roblox or you can apply. If you can apply can someone please tell me how I could? Any help would be appreciated.

Great question, but wrong category.

Roblox hand picking people is basically over from what I can see but I may be wrong on that.
Applications are hosted by Roblox and are often posted on their social platforms such as twitter.
