How do you completely remove the default loading screen?

So, I’ve been wanting to know how to completely delete the default loading screen that you see when you join games. Like for example, I want to make a place teleport that doesn’t seem like your even teleporting to a new place. Here’s what I mean:

So, how do I do what the first video showed?
