How do you create a Tool Icon?

Some free model tools have a icon like this:

How do I create it? I don’t really like it like this:

I’ve noticed they have a 'thumbnail camera inside the tool, yet I am not sure what it does.

Hello you need to open Properties in Roblox Studio, then change the thumbnail for your gear :
