How Do You Disable The Light Instance Range Indicator Thing?

Is there a way to hide the range indicator thing on light instances? Because it gets in the way sometimes.

Do you mean the range when you select a light point? If that’s the case then I don’t think it can be done.

The blue outline thing you see on the image, you can’t temporarily hide it?

Maybe with some plugins, but I’ve never think about this problem cause it’s not so serious.

Believe it or not I’ve found out how to disable it – Studio Settings.Studio.Visualization.Show Light Guides.

I’ll see if I can make a plugin that you can just set a key bind to, to make it so you can turn it on/off anytime.

I found this:

"Open Roblox Studio and navigate to the View tab at the top of the screen.

  • In the View tab, find and click on Toggle Guides.
  • This will toggle the visibility of various indicators, including the range indicators for lights."

I didin’t test it but maybe it works

Oh yeah this is the way to do it lol

I don’t think there are any from what I know, also you are right it’s not that serious, but it’s just when working with small lights it can be a nuisance.

Would you mind providing an image, I don’t see that Toggle Guides button?

Click File → Studio Settings and search “Lights”

I appreciate your help, but if you read the replies, I already found that. Thanks though.

Oh, sorry, didn’t realise it was you, but yes I already found that out.
