How do you enable bubble chat?

I don’t know where to post this question but this is the closest meaning category, I need to make a new game with bubble chat and when I publish it, Roblox has a new publishing UI, therefore, I do not know where the bubble chat feature is located.

I don’t see anything else such as chat options and there’s no option to scroll below.

I found some videos on how to fix it, hope this helps.

Something to do with the chat module or whatever, not a good scripter so yeah.
